Agents
Agents are AI assistants you create yourself to handle specific work. An agent takes on tasks, uses the tools you allow and reports back, and can be set to wake up and work on its own on a schedule. Open them from AI › Agents.
The top of the screen shows how many agents there are, how many are working and how many are stuck.

- Enter a Task title and any extra details
- Click Run now to do it straight away, or Add to inbox to have it done in the next cycle
Talk to the agent
- Open the Chat tab
- Choose Chat mode (answers immediately and remembers the conversation so far) or Task with tools (works step by step with tools and replies when it’s done)
- Click Clear the conversation if you want to start over
Check work and fix problems
- History — see each run: which tools each step used, what came back and how many tokens it took. Click Stop run if a run is going the wrong way
- Memory — what the agent remembers between runs. Click Forget on a single item, or Delete all
- Board — choose Waiting on you to see threads waiting for your decision. You can reply in a thread, click Resolve when it’s done, or Open a thread yourself
Share and delete an agent
- Click Share in the agent’s tabs to let other people use or view your agent
- Click Delete in the settings. The agent’s run history and memory are deleted too
The company’s LINE bots also appear in this room as cards of their own. Setting up bots is an administrator’s job.
You can ask Summy too
- “What are my agents doing right now?”
- “Have the sales agent summarise the customers who haven’t replied”
- “Stop what this agent is working on”
- “What does this agent remember?” / “Make it forget this”
- “Are there any threads on the board waiting for me?”
To change an agent’s settings, clear all of its memory or change its skills, Summy first sends a confirmation card for you to tap in LINE.
