Knowledge
Knowledge is your personal knowledge notebook. Each entry is one thing — a topic, a concept, a note or a reference link — and entries can be linked to each other. Summy uses it as its memory: when you ask about something you’ve discussed before, Summy pulls in the related entries to help answer. Open it from AI › Knowledge in the menu.
Where knowledge comes from
- By hand — you add it on this page.
- Kept by AI — after you talk to Summy on LINE, or after an agent finishes its work, Colab sums up what’s worth remembering long-term (such as decisions and their reasons, or things learned). Small talk and short commands are not kept.
- Saved from AI chat — on the AI chat page, open Conversation options and click Save to Knowledge.
Entries created by AI carry an AI (or Agent) label.
Add an entry
- Click Add entry.
- Enter a Name and choose a Type: Topic, Concept, Note or Resource.
- Add a short Summary of one or two lines, and Tags (type one and press Enter).
- Click Add entry.
- Open the entry you just created, write the content in the Notes and content box, and click Save notes.
If it’s still empty, click Load sample entries to see what a knowledge base in real use looks like.
Link entries
- Click Link (link two entries).
- Choose the entry it starts from and the one it points to.
- Choose the relationship: Related to, Sub-topic of, Comes before, Leads to or Opposes.
On each entry’s detail page you’ll see its Links, where you can click Remove link.
Search and choose a view
- Type in the Search box (searches names and tags).
- Filter by Type and Source (AI or By hand).
- View offers List, Cards, Table and Graph. In the 3D graph, drag to rotate, pinch to zoom and tap an entry to open it.
Keep it tidy
- Open the More menu and click Check for problems (available once there are at least 3 entries). Colab shows Findings with a Suggestion for each, such as duplicate entries, entries linked to nothing, entries that contradict each other, or entries with too little content.
- You can delete entries one at a time from the detail page. The entry and its links are deleted and can’t be restored.
- Delete all is in the More menu. You have to type the number of entries to confirm, and it can’t be undone.
If Summy remembers something wrong, edit or delete that entry here. Next time Summy won’t use the old information.
LINE group memory
Knowledge from conversations in a LINE group is kept separately, as that group’s own. Administrators who are in the group can view it by choosing it under Whose knowledge. Group memory is kept automatically and can’t be edited by hand yet. Everyone else sees only their own knowledge (Mine).
