To-dos

To-dos is your personal task list. Use it to note what needs doing, when, and how important it is, and link tasks to goals. Open it from Work › To-dos in the menu (on a phone it’s in the bottom bar).

How to

Add a task quickly

  1. Type the task name in the Add a task… (Enter to save) box at the top.
  2. Pick a goal from the box next to it if you like.
  3. Press Enter. The task goes into the To do group.

Add task details

  1. Click a task to open the Edit task window.
  2. Set the Status (To do / In progress / Done), Priority (Critical / High / Medium / Low), Start and Due.
  3. Choose a Goal, add Tags, write Notes and add Subtasks.
  4. Turn on Reminder and choose Remind at if you want to be reminded when the time comes.
  5. Click Save.

Click the circle in front of a task to Mark as done without opening it.

Choose a view

The View button has 4 options:

  • List — group it with Group by: status, goal or project, or priority
  • Board — To do / In progress / Done columns. Drag a card to another column to change its status.
  • Timeline — shows tasks by due date. Tasks without a due date don’t appear on the timeline.
  • Calendar — by day, work week, week or month (subtasks are shown too)

Search and filter

Click Filters, then use the Search tasks… box, pick a goal or pick a priority. Click Clear filters to see everything again.

See tasks from your projects too

Click the Project tasks button (tasks from all projects) to bring tasks from the projects you’re in onto this page. Click it again to hide them.

Sync with your calendar

Go to the Integrations section of Settings.

  • Google Calendar — automatically syncs tasks with a date/time to your Google calendar as events
  • Outlook Calendar — automatically syncs tasks you’re invited to into your Outlook calendar

Synced tasks show a calendar icon.

Delete a task

Open the task and click Delete. An Undo button lets you bring it back right after.

Ask Summy too

Tell Summy on LINE or in AI chat, for example:

  • “What tasks do I have open?” / “Which tasks are overdue?”
  • “Add a task ‘Call the customer’ tomorrow at 2pm, high priority”
  • “Remind me tomorrow at 9 to send the report”
  • “The call-the-customer task is done”
  • “Add a subtask ‘Prepare the documents’ to this task”
  • “Invite Somchai to this task too”
